20 Jan 2006 (Fri) to 22 Jan 2006 (Sun)	Sentosa Festival: WWS participated in this festival having a booth during the 3 day festival. A total of over 15 members participated. This festival was organised for the welcome of "Uniquely Singapore" sail boat taking part in the world Clipper Race.
24 Feb 2006 (Fri)	WWS presentation done at WaterHUb organised by PUBLINKS. Over 30 invited guests from business partners of PUB and 30 from MEWR including Nparks.
27 Feb 2006 (Mon)	Presentation done at Dunman Secondary School to 400 secondary 1 and 2. Invited by school as they are one of the PUB Adopters- Geylang River and working in partnership with WWS.

16 Sep 2006 (Sat)	Interntaional Coastal Clean-UP. 2006 Co'ordinator Mohd Noh. Saturday at 0900hrs. Together with EarthLink, we will be cleaning "Gay Beach". Event should be over by 1300hrs. Bike Patrol will join in ICCS. So far, we got about 15 volunteers- Noh,Doreen,Frederick,LiMoey,Kaylene,Caroline,Tun Phong,Gavin,Algean,Yap,Marilyn(3 sailors)n Eugene. 19 Sep 2006 (Tue)	Nite Bike Patrol: We are planning nite Bike Patrols this month on a trial basis. Confirmed date is 19th. Sept. at 1730hrs.- 2030hrs. Those interested please inform Yilinn or Eugene. We are also planning one the week of 11th. Sept. but not confirmed yet- depending on numbers able. Going forward, we may look into a roster for Friday or Saturday Nite Bike Patrol when the Marina Reservoir(especially Singapore River) is most crowded with people. Stay tune for more on this.
18 Oct 2006 (Wed)	World Water Monitoring Day (WWMD). We will be participating with Singapore Poly, PUB on this day. Our boats plus one PUB Boat will be going out with the students to take water samples in the Marina. 17 Sep 2005 (Sat)	International Coastal Clean-Up Day 2005: WWs member Mohd Noh will be co'ordinating this year's program at Kallang. A total of over 150 secondary school students from Temasek Secondary will be joining WWS this year for the clean-up from 0730-1030hrs, saturday 17th. Sept. 2005. Members present include Noh, Doreen, Adel,Sharon,Peter,Ler, Hearn-Yuit,Ben, Choon Kiat, Felix,Daniel, Chiang, Nurul, Yilinn and Eugene. Come join us those who are able to.
28 Sep 2005 (Wed)	WeekDay CIP for Police Trainee's. 20 police trainee officers will join WWS to perform their CIP on the 28th. Sept. 2005. Members present from WWS include Ler, YiLinn,Annie, Peter, Joe and Eugene. Two boats will be used for patrol.
15 Oct 2005 (Sat)	WaterFest Sail Past- WWS will be participating in this Sail Past with GOH as Minister of Env. Mr. Yaacob. Two boats will be taking part. Under Tun Phong, we have enough volunteers. Time- 1200-1500hrs. from our premises.
18 Oct 2005 (Tue)	World Water Monitoring Day- This is the first world event singapore and WWS will be participating in. Like the ICCS (Annual Int'l Coastal Clean-Up). PUB, Singapore Poly/NUS will take part. ON that day, we will go out and take water samples along the river and outside our office river banks. Volunteers and drivers required. Students from Singapore Poly will be coming down to do this with WWS. Time is not confirmed but most likely between 0900-1400hrs.-Tuesday , 18th. Oct. 2005. Eugene co'ordinating.
21 Oct 2005 (Fri) to 23 Oct 2005 (Sun)	Two Days with foreign students (mainly from Philippines and Indonesia) will be visitng us and learning about our water resource management and doing beach clean-up. On 21st. Oct. between 1330-1700hrs.(Eugene co'ordinating) and on 22nd. Oct. (Ping Ping co'ordinating) between 0830-1130hrs. We need about 5-6 volunteers to help co'ordinate beach clean-up and the presentation. Organised by Environmental Science Conference, Nanyang Secondary School.
31 Oct 2005 (Mon)	Launch of SGP 2012 at the National Library: The launch will include two presentation from WWS. One at 3.30pm for schools done by Ler Soon Tien and assisted by Annie Young-Giri,Chiang and Eugene. The later part of the evening will have another presentation at 7.30pm.for the public, done by Yilinn and assisted by Xing Juan, Nurul, Adel and Eugene.
05 Nov 2005 (Sat)	Launch of Clean n Green Week- Bedok Reservoir: Two day carnival. WWS will share booth with PUB(WEH)at Bedok. Morning and afternoon shift involved. Members on duty: 05th. 04 Dec 2005 (Sun)	Presentation at Zoo to the Public. YiLinn presenter. Nurul and Eugene present.
08 Dec 2005 (Thu) to 10 Dec 2005 (Sat)	Camp Enviro Awareness: Camp for school kids. 3d/2n camp. This is the second camp for the year. The Camp was a success with 18 students(age between 12-13) from Whispering Hope spending time with us. Noh, Doreen were Camp Commanders. Yi Linn and Nurul helped out with key logistics including liaising with 5 SMU CIP volunteers, all staying overnite. Peter and Eugene helped out especially doing mid-nite duty. Chiang, Jane and Daniel were present to assist during the day. Another is planned for the 15-17th. Dec. 2005. Thank you.
15 Dec 2005 (Thu) to 17 Dec 2005 (Sat)	Camp EnviroAwareness This is the third camp planned for 2005. At present we have 20 students (age 9) from Whispering Hope coming. Noh and Doreen will be Camp Commanders with Yi Linn and Nurul playing key supporting roles. Peter and Eugene will help as usual doing nite guard duty. During the day, Chiang, Steven, Marilyn and Annie will help out. During this camp, we will also have a Patrol Tour planned for PUB on friday 16th. 2005. We however still need more volunteers. 26 Dec 2005 (Mon) to 04 Jan 2006 (Wed)	During the period 26th. Dec. 2005 through 04th. Jan. 2006, WWS will be helping the Esplanade on their New Year's Eve 2005 Count Down Celebration. We will be assisting them in laying and dismantling of over 2,000 floating balls in front of the Esplanade. Members have been assigned for this task and briefing held with the Esplanade Management. This is good exposure for WWS and a potential long term partnership with them.

	Presentation to NYA (National Youth Association) The Asean Youth Forum on the environment was organised to commemorate the ASEAN Environment Year 2000. A total of 100 youth leaders from 10 ASEAN Member countries participated in this Forum and one of the objectives are to encourage youths of ASEAN Member countries to examine all sides of environmental issues by exposing them to various aspects of the environment and how history, culture, society, economics affect the way decisions are made.

Members were given updates of the society, distributed the rules and regulations of the society and passed some constitutional amendments. There was also a photo taking session of the group followed by lunch.

12 Sep 1999 (Sun)	Sea Carnival held at Ponggol Marina. It was organised by Ang Mo Kio-Cheng San Community Development Board for community fund raising and to introduce various sea sports to the community. The Guest of Honour was BG Lee Hsien Loong and we had a booth to display and share with the public on what we do and how we keep the waterways clean.
20 Nov 1999 (Sat)	Presentation to Yayasan Mendaki regarding river pollution and its environmental protection. This is in conjunction with Clean and Green Week 99.
27 Nov 1999 (Sat) to 28 Nov 1999 (Sun)	The Singapore River Regatta. The Society assisted in marshaling the races.
