Eugene Heng​

Founder & CEO

Eugene Heng, JP, BBM, is the founder and CEO of Waterways Watch Society. He spearheaded many of our activities and initiatives that are catered mainly for corporates and students from pre-school to tertiary institutions, such as Youth Bicycle Patrol and the River Monster Programme.

Low Joo Kek

President

Low Joo Kek is responsible for the Society’s governance and acts as its official representative. He chairs all general and committee meetings. He also represents the society in dealings with other organizations and liaises with key partners from various agencies.

Gan Kong Nam

Assistant Treasurer

Gan Kong Nam is an active volunteer at the Waterways Watch Society. Driven by a passion for sustainability, he constantly seeks to improve processes and elevate environmental activities, dedicating his efforts to creating a lasting, positive impact on Singapore’s waterways.

Diane Neo​​

Programme Manager​

Diane Neo manages and coordinates various environmental programmes with various schools, corporates, organisations and government agencies. Her passion and strong dedication has inspired many volunteers to share the same cause.

Anneliese Chua

Environmental Programmes Coordinator

Anneliese Chua liaises with various organizers and volunteers to ensure that our environmental programmes and activities are able to run smoothly. She hopes to inspire people to do their part for the environment by setting a positive example.

Daphne Condecido

Environmental Programmes Coordinator

Daphne Condecido coordinates projects, collaborates with stakeholders, and executes events with a strong commitment to promoting sustainable practices and environmental awareness. She is passionate about creating impactful programmes that support environmental goals and drive positive community participation.

Dear Diane, 

Thanks for the impressive presentation. The teachers were amazed that the pupils were so engrossed in the content of the presentation. It’s a fantastic idea to let the pupils see the bigger picture why we need to save and guard our Waterways.

Our P4 students also enjoyed the Virtual Learning Trails to Pang Sua Pond and Lower Seletar. The Kahoot session was also fun. Some students shared that they are keen to head down to these locations during the holidays. We look forward to partnering with WWS again in the near future.
