Our work never ends! Still plenty to do in sharing and education!
Dear Friends,
There has been a decrease in the total weight of trash collected by both our programmes and patrols. While it would be nice to believe that there is a decrease in littering, it is unlikely to be the case. It is most likely due to the lack of rain, resulting in less litter being washed down to our reservoirs.
We are happy to report that lesser fishing was observed over the week. Illegal hawkers have however, made a return, with two individuals being spotted. Several groups of smokers have also been spotted this week. Most of these groups have been engaged by our members and have complied.
